We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of video editing, particularly in the context of the golf industry. As a Video Editor at Takomo, you will play a key role in bringing our brand's visual storytelling to life, crafting compelling videos that resonate with our audience and elevate our content across all digital platforms.

Job description

Areas of responsibility:

• Your primary responsibility will be editing our golf content for our YouTube channel, focusing on long-form videos.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms and campaigns, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a focus on golf-related content.

Video editing:

• Color grading, motion design, and graphic design, to enhance the overall quality and impact of our videos.
• Ensure all video content is consistent with the Takomo brand identity and aligns with our marketing strategy.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, to execute high-quality edits and motion graphics.

Content Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and create video content that supports our campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop video concepts that are engaging and tailored for specific platforms.
• Provide creative input and suggest innovative video ideas that can help increase brand visibility and engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, especially if you do not have prior experience from the golf industry your portfolio/experience will matter a lot.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop or other video editing softwares.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus points for

• Passion for golf. Familiarity with the golf industry, including trends, terminology, and audience preferences.
• Experience with 3D design and motion graphics
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, software advancements, and best practices in the golf industry to ensure our content remains cutting-edge.
