About the Role: Takomo is looking for a Communications Specialist to join our team. We're seeking a creative and experienced Senior Copywriter with a strong passion for golf, who can effectively craft compelling narratives across various platforms while driving media engagement. This individual should possess a proactive mindset, exceptional command of English-language communication, and a proven track record in brand storytelling and media relations.

As a copywriter at Takomo, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive copy across multiple channels, including advertising, social media, and web content, while also supporting brand storytelling and enhancing our media presence through targeted outreach and relationship building.

The position is based in our HQ in Turku, Finland. We offer a hybrid working model; while you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, regular attendance at the office is essential for collaboration and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of the Takomo brand strategy via copywriting across customer-facing touchpoints.

• Advertising

• Social Media

• Content scripting

• Web copy and SEO articles

• Brand storytelling

• Company boilerplate and other copywriting needs

• Plan and execute interesting concepts and creative ideas for the brand and marketing

Support the public relations initiatives of Takomo.

• Events

• Community activations

• Brand partnerships

• Support brand storytelling and discoverability of the brand via media relations

Required Qualifications

• A superior command of the English language including supporting samples/use cases of relevant communications work including copywriting.

• Senior-level experience. Minimum 3 years of experience with copywriting.

• Experience across brand, advertising, content marketing, pr, or other related areas of marketing and communications.

• Deep understanding of brand voice.

• Deep understanding of the golf industry.
