Job Overview:
The work is very hands-on, you'll be our lead graphic designer and you are responsible for most of the design related tasks for both marketing and web development. You will work closely with our marketing and web development team to create amazing, sick, insane...insert your own epic adjective... designs for our online platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Marketing

• Work closely with the Creative Director to create key visuals and assets for our campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Develop concepts for digital marketing campaigns and translate them into appealing visual designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team across a wide range of touchpoints: Social, email, web, video, animation, print, product, campaigns etc.
• Assist the social media team with graphic design-related assets.
• Provide creative input on product launches, marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials.
• Opportunity to hands-on build a global brand.

Web (ecomm)

• Assist the web development team across a wide range of projects.
• Designing high-converting landing pages and improving website UX with our development team.
• Design and maintain the visual appearance of our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, modern, and optimized for a seamless customer experience.
• Work with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design elements on the website.
• Optimize images and graphics for web use, ensuring fast load times without compromising quality.

Requirements:

Must have qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer with either marketing/advertising industry or e-commerce/DTC brand background.
• Design software is second nature to you. You can do it in your sleep.
• Some knowledge of web design principles, such as responsive design and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in one or more of the following areas: e-commerce, branding, and digital marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus (but not mandatory).
  
• Experience working with DTC brands or in the golf/sports industry.
• Familiarity with web development processes and an understanding of the intersection between design and development.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• A true interest in staying updated on industry trends and competitor designs to keep our brand visually ahead of the curve.
