Job Overview:
This is a highly hands-on role. You will be our lead graphic designer, responsible for the majority of design tasks related to marketing and branding. We’re looking for someone eager to push the boundaries of creativity and visual design. Someone who can create attention-grabbing, unique visuals that move our brand forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• The company’s primary graphic designer.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative on a variety of projects, including campaign visuals, limited-edition product designs, brand assets, and more.
  
• Partner with the marketing team to deliver assets across multiple touchpoints: social media, email, web, video, animation, print and digital advertising, and campaigns.
  
• Provide creative input on product launches, marketing campaigns, and other promotional material.
  
• Support the social media team by creating design assets.
  
• Work closely with multiple departments and functions, including marketing, branding, influencer & partnerships, recruitment, internal communications, and events.
  
  

Must have qualifications:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer in the marketing/advertising industry or with an e-commerce/DTC brand.
• Design software is second nature to you. You can do it in your sleep.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals:
  • Typography: Expertise in font pairing, hierarchy, and readability.
  • Color Theory: Knowledge of color harmony, psychology, and accessibility.
  • Layout & Composition: Ability to balance design elements to guide viewer attention effectively.

• Strong portfolio showcasing work in areas such as e-commerce, branding, marketing, social media, or advertising.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
• We seek an experienced graphic designer. Years of experience are less important than strong design skills and creative ability.

Preferred qualifications:

• Exceptional creativity and a passion for bold, original ideas.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• A keen interest in staying current with design trends and competitor activity to keep our brand ahead of the curve. 
• An equal ability to work well in groups and solo, with a bias for taking action.
