Job overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Content Producer to join our team. The role is mainly focused on video content (production & post production) but also includes assisting the marketing team in various asset and content planning & production.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of video editing.

Key responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility will be assisting our social media team. This role's main focus is on all organic content.

• Produce and edit quality and relevant video content for various platforms and projects, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube shorts, and cross-platform marketing campaigns, all with a focus on golf-related content.

• Assist the marketing team in the delivery of assets across multiple touchpoints: social media, email, web, campaigns, product launches etc.

• Provide creative input and suggest innovative video ideas that can help increase brand visibility and engagement while aligning with brand guidelines and the desired standard of quality.
  

• A real social media wizard. It is important you have experience, especially in creation of social media and short-form content.
  • Trend Awareness: Staying on top of emerging formats, changes in the algorithms, and viral trends to create timely, relevant hooks, formats, and series.
  • Visual Storytelling: Designing or selecting strong thumbnails, graphics, or video covers that complement written hooks and entice views.
  • Platform-Specific Expertise: You have a track record of crafting high-performing social content across platforms and show a deep understanding of how hooks work differently on platforms such as TikTok (first 3 seconds) and Instagram (visual + caption)
• Video editing skillsets
  • Color grading, motion design, and graphic design, to enhance the overall quality, watchability, and impact of our videos.
  • Ensure all video content is consistent with the Takomo brand identity and aligns with our marketing strategy.
  • Proficiency in video editing software.

• Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, especially if you do not have prior experience in the golf industry. Your portfolio/experience matters most.

Preferred qualifications

• Exceptional creativity and a passion for bold, original ideas.

• Experience with 3D design and motion graphics

• A keen interest in staying current with design trends and competitor activity to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
