We are looking for a UI / Product Designer with strong visual design skills and a passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences.

In this role, you will work closely with our development team to design and improve Takomo’s digital products and interfaces. Your work will span our e-commerce experience as well as other digital tools used by both customers and internal teams.

You should be comfortable working across the full design process: concepting, user flows and UI design.

This role suits a designer who enjoys turning ideas into elegant, intuitive interfaces and pays attention to the details that elevate great products, such as thoughtful microinteractions, polished UI states and subtle motion where it improves the experience.

Core responsibilities:

• Design visually strong and intuitive user interfaces

• Create user flows, wireframes and concepts for new product ideas

• Maintain and expand our Figma design system

• Design and prototype interactions, microinteractions and refined UI states

• Collaborate closely with other designers and developers to ensure high-quality implementation

• Continuously improve existing digital products

Requirements:

Must have

• Proven experience as a UI / Product Designer

• Strong visual design skills combined with UX/UI thinking

• Excellent Figma skills and experience building design systems

• Ability to create clear flows, concepts and prototypes

• Understanding of responsive design principles

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product or interface design

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers

Nice to have

• Experience designing for e-commerce products or digital marketing campaigns

• Experience with interaction design, microinteractions and tools such as Rive

• Basic understanding of how design translates into code
