This person will be part of the marketing team and help execute campaigns, limited edition projects, YouTube long form concepts and event productions.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Collaboration & Strategy

• Execute the creative process from concept to delivery in close cohesion with creative leads, ensuring high-quality and efficient results.

• Collaborate across all project phases, including concepting, planning, production, and post-edit.

• Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.

• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure projects remain cutting-edge and competitive.

• Coordinate with external partners, actively collaborating with freelancers and production agencies.

• Manage project planning tasks, including executing creative direction, securing shoot locations, and tracking timelines.

• Maintain project controls by adhering to timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure seamless, high-quality deliverables.

• Own on-set execution, making independent decisions to keep productions running seamlessly while partnering closely with the on-site director.

• Actively manage multimedia production, including videos, commercials, social media campaigns, and digital experiences.

• Handle execution-level logistics, including hiring and managing talent (actors/models), setting up video shoots, and coordinating styling.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A person who has a mix of creative thinking & execution, combined with strong project management skills.

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or similar role in a creative agency, media company, or related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through various media channels.
